This policy explains what data Tax Invoice Billing collects and how it's used, whether you're using the web app or the mobile app — both connect to the same account and the same backend.
Solely to provide the service: generating GST-compliant invoice/estimate PDFs, calculating tax breakdowns, tracking payments, powering your dashboard, and — if you use it — building the WhatsApp share link and Excel exports you request.
Your data lives in our database, accessible only through your authenticated account. Uploaded images (logo, signature, UPI QR) are stored either on our servers or on Amazon S3, depending on configuration — in both cases, access is gated behind your account's authentication. All connections to the app use HTTPS encryption. Mobile app API access uses a token stored securely in your device's Keychain (iOS) or Keystore (Android), not in plain text.
We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. If you upgrade to a paid plan, payment processing for your own subscription is handled by Razorpay — we don't store your card details. If S3 storage is enabled for your account, Amazon Web Services stores your uploaded images on our behalf, under our access control.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deleting an invoice or estimate removes that record from our database (though, as noted elsewhere in the app, it doesn't reduce your plan's lifetime usage count). To request a copy of your data, contact us using the details below. To delete your account, visit billtrack.arinasolutions.com/account/delete — this works whether or not you still have the app installed, and confirms by email before anything happens.
Tax Invoice Billing is a business tool and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
