How it works

Three steps, done once — then every invoice includes it automatically.

• 1. Upload your UPI QR Save the QR image from any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, your bank app) and upload it once in Firm Details.
• 2. Create an invoice as usual Add line items, customer details, and save — nothing extra to do.
• 3. Customer scans and pays The QR appears on the invoice PDF. Your customer opens any UPI app, scans, and pays directly to your account.

Frequently asked questions

• Where do I get my UPI QR code? Generate one from any UPI app you already use to receive payments, save the image, and upload it once in Firm Details.
• Does this charge a transaction fee? No — we don't process the payment. It's your own UPI QR printed on the PDF; money moves directly to your account.
• Will it work with any UPI app my customer uses? Yes, UPI QR codes work across apps regardless of which one generated them.
• Does the QR appear on estimates too? No — only on invoice PDFs, since that's when payment is actually due.
